I was extremely impressed by the professional and welcoming service l received at the RAA. The lady that assisted me with my RAA membership and motor vehicle insurance was highly knowledgeable and willing to assist. This is very rare these days. Such a pleasure and the premiums were highly competitive with  a fantastic comprehensive cover.

RAA is a joke, the way they treat their customers is unbelievable it's not like the RAA Of Yesteryear

The RAA truck came out relatively quick after phone call but the wait for the adjoining tow truck was ridiculous. Was told 1.5 hours at most and had to wait 2+ hours in 30° weather as im classified "country". Need more reliant services for customers.

They are unprofessional and would deny claims in anyway possible citing insufficient evidence if you are not insured and not at fault.
