So sorry for this now  foreign owned store. Visited this store, needing to purchase a supply of clothing for our 4 adult children prior to returning to our remote far NW, NSW  property.
Upon entering & awaiting staff attendance for 15mins,  with no attempt to even acknowledge our presence , we alighted from store as we couldn’t breakup the conversations  between the two staff members, on departing the staff finally asked if we needed assistance, to which we replied that the Tamworth RM Williams staff have impeccable customer service & are truely a benefit to the company & we would now place an order with them. We walked out, rang the Tamworth store & spent over $1400! 
Hmm, perhaps the Chatswood staff would be able to take a leaf from the Tamworth RM Williams store in regards to how to provide the very basics of customer care!! Better still call the amazing staff at Tamworth- I’m sure they’d be more than happy to help with training these Chatswood ignoramises!!

If only it were possible to review this store in the negatives. Horrendous experience when dealing with retail agent "Jo ". I came here to exchange a bag that i ordered online which was not as advertised.
The store put the correct version aside for me to come pick up, however upon arrival i was met by one of the most heinous customer service experiences to date. 
Jo rudely told me that the bag was not for sale or to be exchanged, despite it being on the shelves for sale, despite me calling the store in advance to put it aside.
She tried to convince me that the item that i was attempting to return was "better" and the bag  that i truly wanted  (placed right in front of me) was of lesser quality. As i told her "Im sure you can understand my frustration in receiving a product that was not as advertised?" She said, "i am sure you can understand our frustration!"...NO. i absolutely cannot understand yours because you did not purchase an item for over $400 and travel a long way to exchange it.
I am certain that Jo has broken half a dozen consumer laws in that 3 minute display of blatant disregard for customer service and my humanity.
Jo is the reason i know, there is no God.

They fix it straight away. Great team members and product knowledge is exceptional!

Absolutely fantastic service. Spent a lot of time with me getting the perfect fit with my troublesome feet. I can not thank them enough after having a not so so pleasant experience at their kotara store.
