Had a great experience, the lady who served me on 29/10/22 afternoon was lovely, friendly and took time to assist with different sizes.
Buyer beware. Do not buy from Florsheim stores. Website says: “Florsheim is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you are able to return your goods within 30 days of purchase.” This is a lie. Bought a pair of shoes on 24/12. After a couple of hours wear, the leather in the shoes was cracking - obviously a manufacturing issue. The store attendant at Chatswood refused to exchange or refund, saying she didn’t have the authority to refund and nobody who could give authority would answer the phone. After waiting for her to make multiple phone calls, her superiors also refused and I was told to come back another day. How many trips would you like me to make to the mall during a pandemic just because you sold me faulty shoes? Pathetic service. Never again.
I scored an AMAZING bargain here today. I mean a m a z I n g. The Store Assistant was so lovely and very busy but she attended to me in style. I left with two pairs of shoes...for $110AUSD. Say what?
Very knowledgeable staff who take a lot of time to ensure you are properly fitted with an appropriate shoe for your particular foot dimensions. Top shelf service.
Consistently helpful and positive staff operating a very clean, well-presented store that functions efficiently. The logical layout is very much appreciated, as is the sizing and advice provided.
