I am extremely satisfied with the service and support I have received from the management staff at QDC. Not only is their product and service cheaper than their competitors, they have the latest modern equipment to compliment their clean kept surgery with professional techniques.
Their professionalism extends far beyond the expertise of their virtually painless skilled workmanship and have surprised me with a code of ethics rarely seen in this day and age. You will never hear Jolly or Rarjh discrediting or rubbishing another dental practice for rectifying the poor work of a dental technician who either got it wrong due to poor or insufficient training, or a slack incompetent attitude; when you entrust your family and friends to them they simply get it right the first time that saves you time and money.
The icing on the cake for me is that these guys are extremely intelligent yet humble at the same time and not to mention their great lively sense of humour to keep you entertained prior to your unfanciful oral operation. The flip side of this professional care that is synonymous with the Bunnings slogan " Just the beginning" is that you seem to get the feeling that these guys aren't in it just for the money, but they enjoy fixing and helping you and actually really do care as it is indicative they wouldn't have named the third word in their business name via that adjective if they did not care.
If I had to guess what their business name encapsulates, translated I think it represents the carer's of Queensland's dental requirements. Ironically the surprising thing is that you will come out of their appointment feeling better than when you went in.

Explained my procedure well and for a dentist it was a pleasant experience. Polite and friendly.
