Massive thanks to Zoe, Yumi and the entire team at Bupa Dental Toowong. They managed to squeeze me in to fit in teeth whitening and full composite veneers in only a couple of weeks, with sensational results The team are super patient and caring. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Had the pleasure of having Dr Yumi as my dentist. I have autism and have lots of sensory issues and she was so accomodating for all of them. Super helpful team at the counter. Am not nervous for next appointment :
Yumi Choi is the most incredible dentist you could ever hope for. Her knowledge, professionalism and kindness is unsurpassed. The care she has taken of me and my teenage daughters is truly wonderful.
Couldn’t recommend Bupa Dental Toowong more! I was terrified and anxious about going back to the dentist but Dr Yumi was so patient and caring and understanding and helped me get through all of my treatments and I’m so grateful! Thank you so much!
Great service. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about Dr. Kenedy and how professional and compassionate she is! Despite the fact that I visited them right before travelling overseas,they managed to find me a booking to get my fillings done! Thanks Dr. Kenedy you are the best
For the past 4 years I have have been a client of Bupa Dental in Toowoong. Each and every individual that I have encountered within the group/team have been professsional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I have been fortunate to have had assistance from Dr Kay Chia, andher assistant Silvana. I have also had treatments from Zoe wno too is excellent. Everyone is helpful and I have often told others of my experience with Bupa. Thank you
Hygienist Zoe is so nice, kind, patient and caring. For teeth cleaning I prefer hygienist to dentist. Not many hygienists there. I am very happy I found such a good one. Thank you , Zoe! The clinic is easy to find and has free parking.
I find the team at Bupa Dental here at Toowong excellent. The Dentist here was awesome and I will be coming back as he does really care about his clients. Thanks Dr Adam
Bupa Dental at Toowong used to be a good experience, however my dentist moved and I saw a senior dentist at the clinic and it was the worst experience I ever had. I had a check up and clean and the dentist rushed to the point where it was only a 20 minute appointment including x-rays. My mouth during and after the clean has been incredibly sore and has been bleeding. I cant express how much I never want to go back there and have changed to a different Bupa clinic. I felt judged and anxious the entire time I was there. Would not recommend this practice.
Amazing dentist! Extremely organised and timely, excellent reception staff. Dr Kenedy Hwang has a genuine care for her clients and ensures they leave confident and clear about any course of action, despite the sometimes confusing nature of dentistry. Couldn't recommend more.
