Face Value Dental "Caring For More Than Just Your Teeth"

Providing a complete approach to dentistry, our Brisbane Dentists and Hygienists aim to increase the health and longevity of your dental health. Through education and preventative hygiene appointments we aim to prevent unwanted dental problems. However, if you are facing a dental problem our Brisbane CBD Dentist offers a wide variety of general dental treatments, as well as restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and dental emergency appointments. From white fillings, dental implants and veneers to Invisalign treatment and whitening, our aim is to improve our patients’ well-being and quality of life through education, prevention and innovative, lasting treatments.

The service at Face Value Dental was excellent. Really professional. Easy to talk to and made the process of getting my wisdom teeth out calm and smooth. Would highly recommend.

I had trouble with two of my wisdom teeth and went here for help since I read good things about them on Facebook and Google. They did for sure live up to their good reputation, very welcoming and helpful. 

Doctor Webber did not only do an amazing job but was also very nice and professional. The nurse assisting him was super polite and calmed me down by talking about what to do and eat when visiting Vietnam. 

Overall the clinic is very professional and if you are a backpacker this is for sure the place to go. Helped me out with everything and gave me copies and personal letters to give my insurance company which made everything so much easier.

Very happy with this place. My mum has had to get stuff done for her teeth and she had previously been to a completely different dentist (closer to home) to get work done and they work was not done very well. When looking for a new dentist to see, stumbled upon Face Value and it was a great thing she did. The service is great and Everyone involved is very professional. You never feel like you're being ripped off or upsold to things that aren't necessary. Even though we had to come back a few times it was only to make sure that what was needed would be the perfect quality and we never got charged for the times where we had to come back. My mum has a great set of teeth now and she is so much happier then she was with the old set by people who just wanted money and didn't care.

Very disappointing experience.
I found my husband was over charged when I looked at receipt. We always get 80% cover from private insurance. But this one, seems only be covered 50%. I still could not understand how this happened. He provided insurance card. I guess they swapped on machine. How can they make mistake? I contacted BUPA first and confirmed it was wrong. Then at least I rang office four times and sent email four times to get this sort out. From the call three, they realize they are wrong and gave me a huge apologize. And promised me twice would process refund to us ASAP. However, two weeks past, we still have not received the refund. I am going to make another call tomorrow ..

Very disappointing...

Hi,
I received my first ever crown which was performed by Dentist Maria and assisted by Zara.
Both ladies were very professional and always made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Their care and skills were of the highest calibre. Thanks again Maria and Zara!
