Story

We are located right in the middle of the Queen Street Mall at the intersection with Albert Street. 141 Queen Street is the Building above the Queen St Mall Pharmacy and Citibank. The entry is between Aldo and Vodaphone stores. Once you enter 141 Queen Street walk past the first set of lifts (these only go to floor 2-11) and around the corner to the second set of lifts. Take the lift up to the 15th floor and follow the corridor around to the right

Being conveniently located in Queen Street Mall there are many public transport options to reach us. Alternatively we have a deal with the Myer Centre carpark.

Friday afternoon appointments available on request.

My experience with Refresh Dental has been - and continues to be - nothing short of stellar. All staff are extremely considerate, caring and friendly, and display absolute dedication to their craft and customer satisfaction. 

I approached Refresh Dental to help get my oral health back on track after years of neglect. My condition was assessed and a treatment plan was developed. I was involved and informed every step of the way. At all times, everyone I spoke with was very accepting of my situation and showed only an eagerness to help. 

I will undoubtedly be returning to Refresh Dental in the future.

My perpetual fear of attending the dentist emanates from my horrific visits to the dentist as a child. Of course when I reached adulthood and could choose whether to visit the dentist or not, I chose not to. If you leave going to the dentist long enough, you eventually develop problems which necessitates a forced visit! Fortunately for me I became a patient of Krissy Cain approximately 3 years ago. To cut a long story short, Krissy has removed largely my anxiety in attending the dentist. Her attention to detail and bed side manner are second to none and I would recommend any person with similar anxieties making an appointment with her. What's more she is an outstanding dentist and has rectified a lot of problems that I had developed out of neglect over the years. The environment is conducive towards a stress free visit and I can say categorically that I now have no fear of visiting the dentist.

Dr Kristina Cain is a great dentist. I like her fantastic attention to details and the very friendly atmosphere she has.

Visiting the dentist is most people's idea of a bad time - so it might seem bizarre to rate a dentist visit as an enjoyable thing!  However, the staff at Refresh Dental are highly professional, and present as caring people who know how to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
