After two years of trusting this practice to fill one cavity pull one rotten tooth and provide a tooth implant, they failed to address my needs. The Poor communication and terrible mismanagement has resulted in dentists not knowing why I am in there office, and therefore not addressing my needs at all. Staff are polite, however, when asked to address the issues described above, the practice manager today was dishonest in describing my relationship to the practice, my experiences with staff at the practice, and even tried to blame me for the practice continually ignoring the issues I have, and that I have paid them to correct. Whilst the medical staff appear competent, I will be avoiding this company in the future.
I highly recommend Rotondo Dental clinic. The most highly trained,excellent staff,exsquisit customer service. The best money i have spent in my life. They treat you like a person,,,Special thanks to David,Tony,Casey,, Thank you so much,you and all of your staff. You have changed my life. Daryl.
100% satisfied and overjoyed with the results of my All-on-4 dental implants. My personal dentist was David and he was fantastic. The whole experience was pain and anxiety free. Reception/assistants/technicians were all amazing and the clinic's atmosphere was very comfortable and professional. Definately recommend :
I have always hated the dentist, but Dr Dave Sandelli is extraordinarily nice and always will always do whats in your and your teeth's best interest. Would highly recommend to anyone! All of the staff are A+ as well.
My new smile is amazing! I'm so happy I chose the Malo Clinic Dr Rotondo was very thorough . Special shout out to his highly efficient support team. I would strongly recommend this clinic.
I had the all on four done and the end result is amazing. Tony Rotondo, David Sandelli and their team are truelly dedicated professionals that display empathy and a high level of care. In fact I required attention on Good Friday public holiday and Dr. David Sandelli came in especially to address my concerns. I cannot believe that anybody would contemplate having major dental performed overseas as the after care is just as important as the initial procedure. Sincerely thank you all!
