Terrible experience. They charged me $190 for cleaning, fluoride, check-up and x-ray. However, i did not receive cleaning or fluoride. First time in my life i visit a dentist that does not provide a general clean, highly unprofessional. I noticed this by chance two weeks later, when i called back, after the fourth time, the secretary told me that i will receive the cleaning and fluoride on my next appointment. I did not have a 'next appointment' because they never called me back for two weeks to set one as they said they would. The manager told me that they will not refund me. I really do not recommend this place to anybody. If you do chose this clinic, PLEASE check what you are being charged for and if you have received the service.

Saw Dr Andrew Fleming for a checkup and clean recently and it was one of the most thorough checkups I have ever experienced! Teeth felt great after the clean as well, and I was all done and dusted within my lunch break. Even better they don't charge the gap on your cleans for people with health insurance, so I didnt have to pay a cent out of pocket! Will definitely be back for my 6 monthly and have booked the hubby in too!

Peta & reception girls are super efficient. Fantastic service, great dentists with realistic fees. No gap payable preventative if you have Priv Health Cover ! Amazing !

Great comprehensive service with a highly professional and detailed clean and oral inspection. Quick and efficient. Great personality and manner. Very happy indeed.
