I am allergic to dentists and most experiences are poor as I am so tense prior to the visit. I have nothing but positive experiences with Dr Daniel at the BUPA dentist in Albany Creek. I can honestly say I am comfortable during the processes and I am now at a point where I have booked regular check ups and that’s real progress. I also like the fact that they don’t try to over sell you other services. They have all the services and make them available however don’t try to push things on you. The rest of the team at this site are friendly and efficient. Always move you through quickly and politely. Great experience all round.
All the staff here are amazing,helpful and very friendly, my dentist Brian was a wizard and getting my wisdom teeth out. No pain at all. Would highly recommend this place and Brian to anyone looking at having there teeth looked at, or even have dental work they do it all and very cost friendly.
Dr Alyce is an incredibly professional, kind & gentle Dentist. She has assisted me greatly to the degree whereby, I actually enjoy going to the Dentist now. Could not recommend to the team at Albany Creek Bupa Dental more highly than these guys. Thank you all! :
I had a fabulous experience with the staff at Bupa dental. Bryan my dentist was just so great, informative & had such a caring nature! It’s nice to know that I can go there again now knowing that I will feel welcomed and comfortable.
The best dentist I have ever been to. All of the staff are so friendly. Had a filling and was a little nervous of getting a needle, when I arrived. The reception staff, were so friendly and said the dentist was really good. Really good was an understatement he was AMAZING. Dr Daniel Bonila has an great bedside manner, and is very gentle didn’t even feel a sting or anything when he gave me my local anesthetic. The whole experience was amazing. I certainly have found my dentist and will be a life long patient of bupa dental Albany Creek.
Great professional staff. Positive customer experience. As a Bupa member, there were no surprises in relation to billing. All services to be performed were costed beforehand so that I new what any out of pocket costs would be. Would definitely recommend.

Just had my teeth checked, cleaned and x-rayed yesterday by Alyce after a long period without checkups. Alyce was very thorough, professional and explained the x-rays to me. Thank you Alyce. See you in 6 months time
Excellent customer service. Brad is the best hygienist I came across very thorough, knowledgeable friendly and did such an exceptional job. The whole team at this clinic definitely provided such an outstanding job. Parking is also available right in front of the clinic. The clinic itself is well presented , clean and the whole team very professional. Highly recommend this place for all your dental care. Thank you Recent visit 24/10/3022 I recently attended this clinic yesterday to have crowned down. The dentist was very gentle and kept checking up on me to ensure the procedure went okay. The whole team at this clinic provide an excellent customer service experience.
