Do not waste your time with Dr Nicola she has no empathy understanding and sympathy for people and their needs. She comes acraa as lovely but she is actually uncaring and impatient

A great dentist to attend. I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted, with the bottom teeth being impacted and near the nerve. Dr Li did such an amazing job of making me feel at ease though the procedure and was extremely gentle. I would definitely recommend this dentist.
Being someone who has chronic anxiety, I have never felt more calm at a dentist. The staff are friendly and understanding. Dr David Li is the most gentle, efficient and professional dentist I have ever experienced. He does not lecture you about why your condition is the way it is, the goal is to fix it with no pain involved. Highly Recommend!

This was a last minute same day Bupa Dental booking for me and my first time at the clinic. I am usually very anxious visiting the dentist but had such a great, positive experience. The dentist Dr Andrew, assistant and every staff member I dealt with were lovely and so caring. I was experiencing pain in one tooth and the dentist focused on the problem and getting me a solution right away. I had a filling replacement completed including X-rays and anesthetic and it was the most pleasant this type of procedure has ever been for me. We talked through other concerns grinding and helpful, wholistic advice was also given so I can consider my options. The clinic itself was immaculate and in a handy location with onsite parking. I was really happy and will be returning soon for a check up and clean... a lot less anxious next time! Thank you!
Andrew has always provided excellent service and care. Been with him since he opened and the quality of his work is always first rate. His team are always pleasant and professional
Although Courtney was lovely, the dentist who I saw for the first and last time was so aggressive and inconsiderate of my feelings, clearly said on the form that I get anxious with dentists yet did nothing to help that, made my gums bleed and sore for days. Also the blonde dental assistant swore a few times and honestly had no clue what was going on.
