What a shame that this formerly excellent dental practice has sunk to such a low. We have been with the surgery for many years since they opened as Dentistry on Main Street and recently have been treated so poorly that we will never go back. Unprofessional staff answering the phone, poorly trained assistants, the dentist speaking to me in a very confrontational manner and no recognition of the loyalty we have shown to the practice when needed in an emergency post an extraction they performed.
By far the best dentistry I have ever been to. Ed & Kirralee are absolutely fantastic - great at what they do, friendly, and make you feel extremely comfortable when they are drilling around inside your mouth. A completely different experience to other dentists I have been to in the past, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the area!!
My family has been using Dentistry On Main Street in Samford for many years, and for all that time I have only praise for the dentists and other staff, who provide a relaxed atmosphere with highest quality dentistry in a professional environment. Thanks so much for your help!
