Would never go here again. I had been waiting for my test results for over a week and when I finally do get a hold of someone, they say it has been mailed out. So I ask them to check the address and as soon as I start giving it to them they say it's wrong. Also how it is MY fault and it must be my handwriting. How can I confirm my OWN address to the receptionist AND doctor verbally several times and it be my fault for this mistake? How can a 6 be mistaken for a 3? Not only that but the stranger that received my private information rang them to say it was delivered to the wrong person. So this practice HAD knowledge that this information had been sent to the wrong address but NEVER called me on the number provided to inform me. I am absolutely furious with the lack of professionalism by this practice. These were private results in the hands of strangers and there was no accountability from this practice, just incredibly rude staff and an accusation with it. Awful and stressful experience here.

I've been going to this clinic since moving from interstate. In other States they don't have superclinics and they don't bulk bill, that's right, $50 min to see a doctor, you get a rebate cheque sent to you in the mail, but only $14. So when you want to complain about waiting periods remember it can take days to see a doctor that takes bookings. Also remember, in other States, no money, bad luck go home. All the staff here are fine, including reception. I've always been treated with respect, and as for being refused service for not having your medicare card, I've got in every time with only my license. Have done for over 3 years, only just got it replaced 2 months ago. Dr.Josephine is my G.P. and she is the best I've ever seen, she is also very heavily involved with our Catholic Church. I've seen all the Doctors here at some stage and they are all fine. Everyone has an off day, Including doctors and receptionists, and you. I'm here right now, no dramas, nobody is complaining, maybe you should check your own attitude before commenting on someone else's. If it's so bad, why is it always full unlike other

The centre’s saving grace is that Dr Sonja was extremely lovely. She took over 30 mins to see me and speak with me. The wait was long but manageable. However, absolutely shocked at the way the receptionist spoke to me. Incredibly rude.

NEED NEW RECEPTIONISTS. So incredibly rude. A man walked in, booked an appointment and requested a female doctor and the receptionist proceeded to ask ' Why? ' loud and clear in front of everyone. Obviously this man has his personal reasons that is NO ONES BUSINESS. He then asked how long the waing period is to see the doctor and the lady said ' Theres 30 patience and 5 doctors, you do the math" FIRSTLY he was asking a SIMPLE question that can be answered calmly and nicely SECONDLY He is not going to walk into the waiting room and count every head and ' KNOW' how many doctors are in that day? ANOTHER man came in and kindly asked how long it will take for the net doctor to come in and the lady said exactly what she said to the previous man? When I was there the other day a man was waiting in line for a long time, two receptionists did not acknowledge this man and kept talking to each other. Proceeding to do anything else other than acknowledge this man. He was also a very elderly man who looked as if he was struggling to stand up for that long. Another 3 people came and lined up behind him and then he was FINALLY acknowledged... quiet embarrassing for the professional doctors to have such lousy receptionists if you ask me. Not a very good reflection. Now, when it comes to doctors I have personally have quiet a good experience, although certain family members have not... They have had the same sickness as me and received the same doctor. I got treated well and had given great benefits and treatments for my sickness whereas another family member got treated very rudely and got rushed in and out. Not properly taken care of the way i was.

Super rude receptionist. 2.5 hour wait time. Went there for the second time in 4 days with the same issue and was told to keep my fluids up and rest. Why thank you Dr. Nekoee! I don't need a doctor to tell me that. I told you I have been up a few nights due to my illness, you need to write me a bloody script! Oh no you don't care... ffs! Just pick up the money from centrelink for my 3 min "consultation". Zero stars for this doctor...
