Cons: 
Need a bin in the bedroom, not sure why they wouldn’t have one with having a mini bar?
Unable to sit in outside bar without it being open. However think the member of  staff struggled with English. 
Kids running around during breakfast was too much. Not sure how the restaurant would be able to control this thought as this is their parents job. 
Breakfast was cold unless it had just come out as nothing to heat the trays. Disappointing. 
Layout re outside dining, it’s good if you’re eating dinner there. However, it isn’t great if you want breakfast out there as just a bit far to walk with cups, food, cutlery etc as many trips. 
Not sure how you would order eggs or coffee other than wait for someone’s attention as they don’t come to you. 
Bit noisy if you’re situated next to the beach bar as the music is loud into the late evening. 

Pros: 
Clean. 
Comfortable bed. 
Staff are great throughout. 
Temple or Tastes restaurant has excellent food and ambiance. Ask re the deal they have on their website, if there are any, or you won’t get it. 
George in the restaurant deserves a mention as he is friendly and professional and makes you feel welcome. 
Beach access from the hotel. 
5 minute walk to Main Street in Palm Cove.   

We stayed at Peppers Resort last time which felt a little more like we were on holiday. 

Palm Cove is good to eat out & beach for a few days. Unless you’re doing trips a few nights is all you need here as there isn’t a great deal to do.

Great place to stay. Very close the beach. We had a look at other hotels and they weren't as good as this. Clean room with a balcony. Really nice pool. Great service.

Rooms are reasonably spacious but could be better furnished for a 5star place. Breakfast is great, but the Temple dinner restaurant is somewhat limited in choice. Weather was terrible meaning we had to stay in the hotel for most of the weekend, and there wasn't a great deal offered to do

Lovely ambiance nive and romantic at night.
Food was excellent and service was prompt and delightful. Wouls definitely recommend!!

Stayed early October 2017. It goes without saying that the Pullman Sea Temple Palm Cove is a gem for a family holiday. What makes it really special though is the staff. From Gabriella on the front desk, to Isaac in the pool bar, and restaurant stalwarts George and Ben, nothing was ever too much trouble during 9 glorious days. The cuisine is out of the park good, so much so that the perfectly seasoned eye fillet is arguably the best we've ever experienced in any upmarket establishment around the world. Wine by the glass is on the pricey side which was a little frustrating but that's acceptable if the other components tick the box. Finding somewhere to holiday for five of us, including three teenagers, that represents value is not easy as Australia becomes ridiculously more and more expensive. We'd go back there to holiday in a heart beat.
