Lovely lady but wouldn’t recommend due to price point and what you get in return. Had a facial and the appointment was literally just massaging 10 different creams into my face. The whole process felt very unprofessional from no skin consultation, therapist walking in and out of the room, music stopping because phone going off, conversation topics etc. I really expected, not to mention needed a relaxing day spa facial and it didn’t deliver. I’m sure the place usually doesn’t operate like this given the highly rated comments but unfortunately this was just my experience on the day.

An absolutely stunning and relaxing space, Cathy is amazing at what she does and is so lovely. Will definitely be returning again. xx

My partner called up to request a pregnancy massage, we paid in full over the phone $235 for a massage, body scrub and facial for 90mins. She arrived it was unprofessional service, no pregnancy table was provided and now has a niggling back injury. To top it off a guy walked in off street shouting and distrupting the massage. Then my partner was asked at the end how she was going to pay. Not sure why so many good reviews. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Cathy was very personable and had great attention to detail in the massage and foot exfoliation, which was very much appreciated, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Cathy is absolutely amazing! Her spa is beautifully presented, she has a very high level of cleanliness, and she truly looks after you to ensure you have the best experience. Initially I was a little hesitant with the spa & sauna due to Covid, but everything was sparkling clean with fresh towels and supplies, so I was put right at ease. It's obvious that her clients health is her number one priority. I've also had the body scrub, facial and massages. I recommend them all for a relaxing treat and self care. I'll keep coming back Cathy - you've earned a loyal client for life!

The body scrub, body wrap and massage was amazing! Cathy, the therapist, is very professional and she definitely has magic hands! The whole experience was extremely relaxing and I will be back.

I had the most amazing facial peel yesterday with Cathy in her beautiful day spa. I have not had my facial skin feel so beautiful plumed up and smooth since I was in my 20s. I feel truly blessed Cathy is not only a lovely lady she is so kind caring and spends so much time with your treatments, the products are amazing. Thank you so very very much Cathy looking forward to my next treatment, also thank you for the most amazing full body massage I was floating all the way home and slept like a baby. I would never go anywhere else no wonder you have been awarded a back to back award for the best Spa sanctuary in Cairns. WELL DONE Beautiful lady you truly deserve the accolade. Lesley
