Our fully qualified therapists offer all the pampering treatments and waxing needs one requires. Civility caters for all, being wheelchair accessible, parking friendly, and offering a luxurious dual room so if you want to enjoy a beauty treatment with a friend in the same room at the same time, you can. We here at Civility pride ourselves in caring for you – our clients, and ensure that your visit to us is the highlight of your day!

Beauty & Day Spa services include.. Body Polish, Massages, Facials, Spray Tanning, Hydrotherapy Spa, Hand & Foot treatments, Makeup, Waxing, Tinting or Eyelash Extensions.

I have never felt so spoilt as I did when I had a hair cut at Civility.I floated out feeling like a queen and that was just a haircut!! I highly recommend any service from them. Thank you Graeme

I wish I could write a positive review but I am beyond disappointed at the damage done to my hair. I paid, essentially, $220 for someone to cook my hair. I had half a head of foils done, which looked nice when I left the salon. But, two days later when I washed my hair it was jelly-like and I could unnaturally stretch a strand of hair only to have it coil up like a spring, which I have never experienced before. My hair now sits horribly and the cut looks terrible - due to being extremely damaged, and to make things worse, the colour suggested for me to use now makes my hair look orange. Upon reflection, I thought the whole process was done rather  quickly but it is obvious to me it is all about quantity and nothing about quality. I will never again utilise their services and I recommend to look elsewhere if you value the quality of your hair.

Thank you to the staff of Civility for an amazing experience. I found my services very relaxing and the staff very knowledgeable and experienced. My colour was fantastic and the owner was very attentive to my requests and ideas for my hair.  I walked out one very happy customer and I would certainly go back to be pampered again. Thank you again Civility I will be definitely be recommending you.

visited Civility for my hair up styles and make up for races. Was very happy with the experience. Graeme creates hair to match with the style of outfit and works with headpiece positioning well. 

Make up is articulate and with this styling and attention to detail I have been placed many times in fashions on the field. Thankyou Graeme and the girls for your professionalism and creativity.

Would highly recommend Civility. The staff are highly trained and make your experience friendly and relaxing. My hair always looks amazing and feels super healthy and they always go that extra mile to make sure you are happy with the result.  Worth every cent.
