Was a walk-in on holiday from Melbourne today. Friendly greeting at door by several lovely girls. Were able to have cut & blow wave on spot despite being very busy. Tia at Cairns Central gave me a cut and style today that was truly out of this world. Wow, that girl has such talent. She's also beautiful, smart, and a GREAT conversationalist. I recommend her services to anyone who wants to look drop dead gorgeous. 11/10!
Just walked in while docked at Cairns on our cruise hoilday. They were available for me straight away but asked if I could return in 1hr. Not a problem they said. I returned and was seated with JEMA!! She was BLOODY AMAZING!! I got a hair wash and it was wonderful. Half way through the blow dry I decided to get braids. She smashed it!! Braids are tight and very well done!! JEMA is a must see if you need a stylist!! Thank you so much!!!!
TJ from hair house warehouse cairns is amazing for any woman that has curly, frizzy hair! She takes the time to explain things to you and she is definitely a hair dresser I would recommend to friends and family! Thanks TJ keep shining babe
I would never go to this place ever again. I wanted a trim just straight across nothing else, nothing fancy. My hair is now uneven and on a slant on both sides. The cost of getting a few inches cut off was $59 how ridiculous. The past hairdressers I have been to I only had to pay $25 for a trim straight across. Uterly disgusting price never attend this place.
i went in today for a simple colour, the lady was occupying 3 customers at once, burned my scalp. I showed her a picture of what I previously had and it turned out completely different. i wanted a light blonde/silver and I got a dark purple and it’s all un-even. i tried to get her to fix it but the damage had already been done. proceeded to charge me $220. Avoid this place if you care about your hair. Unorganised and not professional at all
I used the online booking service via the website on a Sunday. I booked a lady's colour for 4pm on the following Saturday, and I chose "anyone" as the stylist. I received an email Monday stating someone would ring to confirm my appointment. By late Friday afternoon I still hadn't heard anything. I contacted the store only to be told that not only do they not do colours after 3pm but the stylist the online system booked me in with was on leave! How do you have an online booking system that not only approves incorrect appointments but allows appointments with staff that are unavailable! I was fairly annoyed, but the lovely lady said she would talk to the manager about it and the manager would call me back in 20mins. This never happened. So at 5pm I called again to at least book in a haircut. I was travelling 1.5hrs for one night, so I couldn't just make the colour for a different day. I arrived at my appointment and got a stylist who honestly looked like she wanted to be anywhere else, I'm not a big talker so her complete lack of conversation was actually OK with me. However, this was the second worst hair experience I've ever had. The wash was so rough I had tears in my eyes and had to clench my teeth to get through the pain to my scalp, no head massage, the blow dry was just as rough and painful, burning my scalp as she was doing it, again to the point it brought tears to me eyes. She didn't ask once what styling I wanted, she parted my hair down the middle without asking which I hate, she straightened my hair without asking I don't mind this but it would have been nice to be asked, and she used the most foul smelling spray on my hair. The only reason I give this place 2 stars and not 1 is because she actually did give me a good haircut. Never again will I go here to pay $78 to have pain inflicted on my poor head.
Rachael was the best hairdresser! It was very busy and I was a walk in and she went out of her way to make sure that she could do my hair before I had to leave. She was so friendly, seriously made my day! And she absolutely nailed my hair!!
The second worst haircut in my life and $43!!! This is not a good place for a men's haircut. Different on both sides, different sideburns and more hair in my face, neck and back than my head half service without apron.
Great staff, super patient and accommodating. Salena did an absolutely fantastic job on my balayage!
