Courtney has always done an amazing job with my hair. Wouldn't have trusted anyone else with it on the lead up to my wedding. I always feel super relaxed and looked after when I'm visiting Berry Lane. All the girls are super lovely and the customer service and skill level is exceptional. I have never had a better experience in a salon! The only word I can use to describe the experience is pampered, absolutely pampered. My stylist, Kim, not only made my hair look incredible with the colour, cut and style, but she made me feel totally relaxed and confident in her work. The salon itself is beautiful and has a fantastic atmosphere. Just wait until you get into the hair washing room. Laidback, amazing head massage, music - ultimate relaxation. I was nearly asleep in there! Most relaxing time I've had in weeks. I cannot recommend the salon and Kim highly enough!Services: Hair coloring
Been going to Berry Lane since 2019. Mel has been my go to for curly hair cuts and colour. Sarah did my recent foils and was fantastic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The new salon is so beautiful and relaxing and the menu while you sit and have some ‘you’ time fits all hours of the day. All the ladies are so friendly and wonderful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From start to finish, it is truly a well thought out experience! From the custom leather drinks menu, to the high quality products, the attention to detail is so very impressive. The customer service is elegantly delivered every time I visit the salon. Not to mention the lush day beds to relax on in the hair wash therapy room as you have the most blissful head massage. Even the way the sunlight filters through the windows on a bright morning has been used to its full advantage. There’s so much to be grateful for when you sit back and absorb the surroundings at Berry Lane. I even noticed a lemon tree sitting outside one of the French doors. Never forgetting the talent that shines through as the Berry team pay lots of attention to what I am here for - my hair! Jess, in particular, always exceeds my expectations and leaves me feeling confident and content with the results. Amazing experience at Berry lane yesterday with Lexie. Not only an incredible hairdresser, but a fantastic representative of the business too. Booking online was easy, such friendly staff, and so reasonably priced. I left extremely happy with my hair and will recommend this salon to everyone I know.

There is a reason why I have been coming to Berry Lane for 8? or even 9 years and Jess once again proved that I will be coming back for many years to come! The expertise, care and friendliness is absolutely outstanding and Jess did an amazing job! We can all agree cutting a fringe is a nerve wrecking decision but Jess did a fantastic job taking it slow and adjusting until we were both happy! This was one of the best salon experiences I've had! Fantastic and clean salon. Nice ambiance. All the girls smiling and friendly. My hot choco was great too! Tiffany was very approachable. My hair feels bouncy and soft and so alive! I had a great time at Berry Lane! Thank you Tiffany!
