Absolutely horrible, terrible, horrific, disgusting, revolting, dirty & scary! Never again! Not even for free! From the initial greeting at the reception by a very grumpy, anxious & stressed man who you couldn’t ask anything without getting a hostile & rude answer, to an absolutely disgusting apartment which looked like a dirty dungeon or a pig style! I was counting down the hours till we leave & run away for our lives! The smell inside the apartment was intolerable, the kitchen appliances were all dirty & old, the utensils were oily & stained, there were ants & other insects crawling everywhere even over the bed sheets, the ceiling fans were old & slow, the window shutters were all broken so that you couldn’t even open the windows for fresh air, the carpet in the bedroom was full of weird & wonderful brown stains, the furniture was old & dusty, the washing machine smelled like a toilet, the wardrobes in the rooms looked like something from an antique shop, you have to pay a bond of $50 to borrow an umbrella which was dirty & broken, you had to pay for any extra towels......... & on & on........ This resort needs to be shut down & renovated or completely demolished & certainly does not deserve a 4 star rating! Good luck to whoever stays there in the future & that certainly won’t be me! ☹️

Location is great. Few minute walk to the beach and restaurant strip. Great sized rooms. Appliances need a bit of an update to make it near perfect.

The man on reception really did let whole place down. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time and let him know we who we were - not expecting our room to be ready yet at all. Well he threw the biggest flaming tanty I've ever seen, it was almost entertaining but certainly not welcoming. It made the stay a bit awkward after that, because we were wondering what other normal everyday occurences in customer service would set him off. The facilities and grounds are lovely. The location is stellar. Our apartment was basic and felt a bit grotty but I suspect that's because of the heat & humidity.

Do not book a studio room - it is so tiny and not clean. Also we had ant invasion-lovely staff helped us changing the room. Downstairs rooms - 2 beds are better but pricey. Pool was great and location is also good. It's shame they have very unhealthy tiny rooms.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 young kids. Such a beautifully kept resort in a great location. The apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable. The pools down the centre of the resort were an awesome setup. Parking was not any issue. Check in was quick and simple. We'll be back for sure
