When we first got off our shuttle bus and stepped up towards the entrance, out came this charming man to take all of our luggage and from then until the very end it was luxury at its finest and service at its absolute best and it left me unsure whether I liked the quality of the resort more or the service more. The one and only exception was the guy who did tours, who tried to force us into tours we didn't want to do and wasn't accommodating enough for us for what we did want to do. But everything else was fantastic, from the cleaning staff to the pool staff to the restaurants through to the food and drinks and just plain everything. And this pool, by the way, has white sand, which has to be seen to be believed. We could have spent our entire time there just sitting in the pool and it would've been worth it. If you want luxury, and you can afford it, this is the place to go. I can't imagine anything better. How can you improve on perfection? Well, other than the guy doing the tours. Oh and I had photos to post but they somehow ended up on Elysium's page instead. I have no comments on Elysium in comparison but I do know one thing - those photos I took of the white sand and palm trees was taken at Peppers, not Elysium!

A very nice family friendly resorts right on the beach at Palm Cove. A great location for a family vacation you can swim in the ocean here or take day trips to crocodile preserves or a boat trip to the Great Barrier Reef. They have their own beach on their pool shore as well as a bar you can swim right up to.

Stunning pool and the rooms are lovely, especially with the spa on the balcony. That’s pretty much where it ends... the staff are plane rude and inflexible- not what you expect when you’re paying top dollar for a week’s accommodation. The breakfast is the same every day and relatively ok- lovely chef mind you. Would come back but certainly not for the people.

The location is great & the pool area away from the coast breeze is perfect. I believe this is a 5 star resort, it's a lovely place to stay , very clean which is the main thing. The pools are great, beautiful to look at & very relaxing, if you don't mind the kids. People are not pretentious here. Staff are helpful and friendly. There are a few things not perfect such as the small breakfast & long restaurant area making it cramped to get around. The choice is standard. Could do with a slight difference on some of the days. Also, the dishwasher needs cleaning as the plates / dishes have bits on them 🙈 Mini bar was not restocked in 4 days so far which means no beers and more importantly no water. They do not restock unless you ask. The furniture is worn & no storage area in the bathroom. Other than this a lovely place.
