Staff were helpful and happy, had to get my ring repaired and they did it quickly. I ended up getting a call earlier than I expected and was so happy with the result!

Very poor service, wife bought me a new wedding ring for our anniversary to replace a lost one. Eftpos machine broke down during transaction and ended up being charged twice. Salesperson acted like we were trying to rip her off and have been no help in trying to recover the funds. This has upset my wife greatly and I will be telling anyone who will listen to go to another store for their jewellery, for a retail store that relies on having a decent name for business to treat us this way is disgraceful.

Slow on repairs. Sales assistant told me on Saturday that my ring would be repaired by Thursday. Now told to wait another week.
