Just served by the most Lovely girl I have ever met! Her name was Sandra I believe and the girl also working with her I believe they were friends just gave me the best shopping experience I have ever encountered at a jewellers! Kudos to you guys and A+ customer service!
went in there today to get some gifts !! came out very happy, rojen was amazing and definitely was super lovely and easy to talk to!!
I went to the Epping Plaza store today as the staff at Plenty Valley last week weren't interested in serving me. See separate review. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly voice saying: "Can I help you with anything". The staff member located the item I had found online. When I asked if she could do a better price as it wasn't presently on sale, she immediately offered me a discount of $24. I walked out of there one very happy customer.
Ersila , one of the staff, was so rude to me and tough. I don’t know how she can treat a customer like this. I am so upset. I read the reviews of people and most of them have agreed on how rude the staff member reacted.
Purchased a pair of earrings today and when I got home I noticed that one of clasps was not clicking into place properly, which means it was faulty. I returned to the store and Danni refused to issue a refund as she said there was nothing wrong with it. She had no customer service skills whatsoever and then asked me to go to the South Morang store to see if they had another pair in stock. Classic example of handballing the problem to someone else. Do not shop at this store. Rachel at South Morang store agreed that it was faulty and exchanged it.
I like the staff here - they are welcoming and want to help. Appreciate good service
The ladies are rude, lazy, act like your issue with a purchased item or service offered does not the blonde ones were extreamly hostile! Dont go here!!!
horrible service disgusting, thought this would be a good store to buy from was lied to twice highly recommend not shopping at this place or the company all i wanted was a resize ended up getting it done by another localization store which was extremely better mill park
Found what I wanted, staff were very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.
Just so disappointed in the way things are handled in here got a quote and it changed all the time so angry they have lost me as a customer will be ringing head office as they need 2 change things and to be aware of what goes on
