Ok-ish service. I like to keep an open mind when it comes to customer service but when i went to look at some jewellery and see what i should save up for, the lady wouldn’t let me hold anything. I feel as if she assumed i was poor or something, as if i was going to run off with it. I found it quite disrespectful how she did this. Most likely not going back there. It’s very overpriced considering the only gold they have is 10 carat. I’d assume that price for at least 18 carat. Thanks but no thanks
