Great service and knowledgable staff. I recently bought a prestige watch and could not be happier about my experience. Price was also very competitive.

I went into Anton Doncaster 3 times in the one day and nobody helped me. The third time I went in I asked for some help with a watch to which the staff member looked me up and down and told me they were busy. When I clearly saw two other employees with no customers. It makes me sad to think that I was refused service due to my age and appearance but I believe this has happened. After this very upsetting event I walked out feeling very down and frustrated. I said “oh ok I see” and “thank you very much” to the lady that was serving me and I walked out. This is not way to treat a potential customer and it has made me sick. I will never walk into another Anton again because of this. After this event I walked out and went to see the same watch I was looking at at Saleras where I received amazing service and I ended up purchasing my beautiful Tag Heuer carrera calibre 5 for $3350. Thank you Anton for a horrible experience you will never see a cent of my money.
