Darcy helped me and my boyfriend look at watches yesterday afternoon, and she was so friendly and attentive and informative and made us feel very relaxed as customers. If we come back to get one of the watches or to look at others, we'd love to have Darcy help us again!

The main seller had a very bad and racist attitude and did not respect the customer's rights at all, I will not buy from this company again.
Good Jewellery Collection, however poor customer service. The young lady was giving a death stare the whole time and doesn't know how to respect customers. Doesn't even bother trying to make it look like she wants to work, and just blatantly disrespects serious buyers.
Staff were really helpful even though we went there only to measure our ring size
The young sales girl does not know how to behave to the customers...The way she talks and the attitude to the customer is very poor. She is not even happy to show the jewellery to the customer when asks to. When we were about to leave the jewellery after buying,she went to the other girl and whispered something about us which is very disappointing. She should learn how to smile and treat the customers. I should give 0 star with her behaviour. However the jewellery collection were amazing and affordable.
Terrible customer service. Not sure who does the hiring for this company. Stood there for 20 mins whilst the two ladies working walked around doing nothing, mostly chatting to themselves. I approached several times and got shrugged off. Won’t be going back ever again
I have purchased a couple items at different times from this store and been nothing but impressed. Any challenging situations have been dealt with professionally promptly and a very happy customer left their store to return again.
A lovely place to buy jewellery especially when there is a sale! The items were beautifully displayed and tempting to buy. I picked up a lay-by and bought a little something else... A big compliment for Mary, the assistant manager at the Doncaster store. She was cheerful and attentive, giving me the attention that I needed. I would go back hoping to be served again by Mary. I must say that the other staff also appeared cheerful.
