Fantastic service today from Glen, very happy with the bike we purchased. Scott I think that was his name?! was great in accessories, very knowledgable about helmet fittings. And they even got us sorted for boots at the last minute 5pm on a Friday when the old ones fell apart. Would highly recommend!!!
Bought a second hand bike, Aprilia Dorsoduro, I was given a decent test ride not the usual around the block and back. The service was good and friendly. The bike was ready to be picked up in no time and the owner had no issues waiting for me way passed closing hours after I got stuck in trafic. After 2 weeks the bike goes great and I really enjoy it. Good business, great service.
Scott and the boys in the workshop are absolute legends. Always had great service from those guys and always happy to help diagnose over the phone. 10/10 customer service and will continue to use these guys for as long as I ride bikes
Have just finished my first day QRide training and it was fantastic. I have ridden a bit as a kid but not on the road and not in the last 3 decades. The instruction provide was friendly, precise, progressive, clear and allowed us to quickly get on the bike and spend plenty of time practicing. I cannot believe how much time we spent actually on the bike and practicing. We were challenged at each step, but in a very safe and comfortable way. The supplied bike was very steady and reliable. The Gloves and jackets were fair what you would expect for hire equipment. I will be back in two days and have no doubt I will be able to get my license.
Just moved up from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast. Had what I thought was a water leak on my Honda CTX1300 so I called up to see if they could have a look. A little late in the day but the service manager Scott was more than obliging and pulled the side of the bike off and checked the system which appeared all in tact. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few weeks. I know where I will be taking the bike for regular services. Thanks Scott.
After a dispute with Pro Honda in Kunda Park, Maroochydore, I get my bike home yesterday afternoon. Went to wash it and every nut on the front axle is loose, not even finger tight. Are these people trying to kill me or what? I will never ever shop with Pro motorcycles again, not only did they damage my bike during repairs, replacement parts were from the wreckers, and the owners customer service skills were appalling. My money will be going elsewhere and I will advise every person in my circle of influence to do the same. I’m not even angry, just shocked that so little care can be taken for a customers property and life. Response to owner: This is called a review, a rating based on my personal experience. To say it is “obviously a fabrication” is a convenient way to dismiss a very serious and dangerous lack of care. The fact that you are a family run business highlights further the neglect you showed towards my own families enjoyment of me in their life. I have since been to a motorcycle shop, who kindly did a safety check over all of the work you performed on my motorcycle....for free. Further bolts on the front end were found to be just pinched up. Thankfully they are now tourqued correctly. What a pleasure it is to do business with with a company that understands quality of work, customer service and most importantantly, customer safety. It’s interesting that you want to divert the issue back to a dispute over repairs... like you have a need to be “right” I do recall you wanting to repeat to me “you are wrong” when I called about my serious safety concern. As for your claims of an “obvious fabrication”, I have a time stamped photo of my pinch bolts loose, one of which was 5mm out, the same with the alxe bolt. Let me guess, next you’ll be saying I went to the effort the day after I collected my motorcycle, to wheel it out to the front yard, loosened all the bolts, to take a photo, to then make “inflammatory” accusations as you put it? Up until I saw those bolts sticking out, I was happy to move on, I had already made my decision to not shop with you again. I hope that my review serves as a warning to the general public of the dangers of having their servicing done at Pro Honda Kunda Park.
I've dealt with Pro-motocycles for the last 30 yrs. Bought new in 09 and stll they give me great service, discounts, and very helpfull knowledge. Very quick parts ordering as well. Fantastic friendly bunch pf people that i would highly recommend. 5 stars.
Bought my first bike their, they gave me a full demo asked me if i wanted to test ride it and helped me fill out all the paper work. Afterwards they gave me a few pointers on how to ride the bike and how to service it. Great team I hopefully I can buy many more bikes from there.
Absolutely disgusted. After getting a 30,000km service costing almost $800, my KTM was returned with no coolant in it. Then after replacing fuel filters,bike broke down, real mechanics at team moto found the fuel pump had been wrongly installed. Pro motorcycles not even worth 1 star.
