There wasn't anything really amazing about this store. The prices are reasonable and the products seem to be good. It was a bit messy when we came in, but they had just opened so it's understandable. The shelves also seemed to be nicely stacked and stocked.
Refuse to go back, 3 times I have been made to feel less than human. I like to have things ahead of time so I do not run out and yet because I’m so organised here they think I’m taking too much, surely the doctor would not prescribe them if he thought that. Oh and I’m talking about 5 tablets, which were In my cupboard at home, I only ever take what is prescribed!! Pharmacist here thinks she can over ride what my doctor has prescribed, never going to let them make me feel like I have to share personal information just because they think they have more power than what a doctor has prescribed.
I like the new bag I got my prescription medicines in last week. For me it reminded me as a kid getting a show bag at the Ekka. Well yes, it doesn't contain lollies but at my age what it does contain gives me a happier life for longer than the lollies lasted. Thank you to all the caring staff at Priceline Orion.
Served by a girl called Claire. Absolutely appalled by her disgusting service and rude remarks. Will not be returning with an employee there like herself.
I was out shopping with my son when I began experiencing the symptoms of asthma, I quickly realised that I had left my puffer at home to walked into priceline. When approaching the counter the lovely young lady behind the counter saw I was wheezing and struggling with asthma, I asked for a puffer and she unboxed it quickly and allowed me to use it on the spot before purchasing it. Thank you so much to that lady for Her care and consideration above the need to make money.
This Priceline use to be the best!! Such an awesome vibe and the staff were always so pleasant and helpful, especially Ruby! Sadly I stopped shopping here because so many of the staff all kept disappearing. The Manager there now is honestly useless with customer interaction and so unapproachable and so is the other girl in charge which really says more about the head office and owner making the decisions on who they have running their store! I would have started getting my scripts at the other pharmacy at Orion but they have the same Manager there too. So disappointing!! I would have happily given 5 stars before the new management took over but now it’s 1 star and that’s purely towards management.
Super busy most of the time but have never had a rude experience yet. The pharmacist has always been friendly and helpful, and the lady who helped me with my makeup purchase recently was so lovely.
Same medicine, a weeks difference and chemist warehouse for the original, how is it that the same medicine is exactly $10 more expensive at priceline, its almost like they decided to charge every patient more for the same thing. Steer clean of priceline for prescription medications.
Had our flu vaccine today. Tran was very nice and gentle and friendly, the pharmacy people are great but there's a lady in the payment counter service that seems unhappy with her job while serving customers. She was a bit rude to us as well when we were having a refund due to an over payment. Everyone else were helpful and welcoming.
This chemist is always busy and service is slow! They claim to be a 'cheaper' priced chemist but when I recently got a script filled here there was a $15 prove difference. When I asked the staff why my script was a different price to what I normally pay, I was informed that its because I hadn't had that particular script filled there before and that was simply their cost! I could understand if the price difference was a couple of $$ but seriously $15 more.... I find that to be a joke.
