I purchased the tiniest piece of Cica Care for $100 for my daughter, due to the cost I waited to see her plastic surgeon before opening it and luckily I did as her treatment changed. Went in to get a refund and Anita said that she will not refund as it was a special order, which it was not they had it in stock, was then told that if I did it within 2 weeks they would have given me my money back, I am 1 day over the 2 weeks and yesterday was Anzac Day and they were closed. Horrid service, rude and as they don’t want to keep it in stock it is now my problem, it is unopened and expires in 2020. Never to return and will never recommend. Sad place!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. They only gave me 1/2 my prescription, but charged full price. When I phoned them they wouldn't listen to reason. I will NEVER EVER go back there.

I've been using Greenbank Pharmacy as my main chemist for ~10 years since it opened and l know the owner Ashley very well, he has very friendly staff on hand to help you with any quiery you have. I buy everything there from my general over the counter medication, to prescribtion meds, hair products, nail products, and they have a vast array of present idea's for Birthdays, Christenings and even Anniversaries. Perfume and Cologne, a good Makeup selection and their daily specials of Soap, Toilet Paper, Dish Drops and Laundry Powder and everything in between. So pop in and have a look, l'm sure you'll get the same benefits l get from shopping there and at the moment they have some great gifts for Stocking Stuffing. Merry Christmas Everyone!
