There is a RUDE woman working there. My friend went there last week who is really struggling to get on top of health struggles. How you spoke to her really caused damage and set her back! You don’t realise the effect your words have on people. Be Kind or at least be professional!!!

Rudest staff I have ever met I would never treat anyone the way I was treated today. I work in customer service and honestly the service I received was appalling. Hopefully they replace them cause that was the worst service I have ever received. NEVER COMING BACK!

Hard to rate service when it isn't provided. Money best spent elsewhere.

Good pharmacy. Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they price match where possible. I used to drive to Oxley to a another big discount pharmacy,  but I'd rather support a great little local business. Highly recommended Desleigh

Absolutely excellent service and help with any dreug needs.  I can't speak highly enough of all theri wonderful, kind and genertous staff.  We have been dedaling with them fo over 11 years so really know what we are talking about. Any  negative comments are from rude people who do not know what they are talking about. Love you all. Great Services, Helpful Staffs, Convenient ONE shop stop for drop off and pickup parcels, buying medicines and lots of discounts goods which are always ONSALE. Located the same complex of; -Restaurants -Dentist -Doctor -Pathology -Child care centre -IGA local market Easy to find and get there fair bit of parking spaces with 2 ways entries and exists. HERE IS MY PERSONAL OPINION "Supporting Local Businesses Equal Bringing Values To It's Own Suburb"

It's alright but it's not the worst

2nd time bad experience. Served by Shalini today.. stood there for 10 mins waiting to be served on entry. Was ignored all the way. Ask politely to get noticed and get a very rude reply to wait. Understand you might be busy but acknowledgement doesnt harm. Bad practice.

Always get good service here and response times are very quick when i bring my prescriptions in.

Always 5 star service from Jack and the team!
