When you see the name 'Chemist Warehouse' it's crucial to understand the emphasis should, without exception, be on the word 'warehouse'. It doesn't matter which store you visit, nationwide, the layout is heavy on stock and light on room to move. You might think, with all of that space dedicated to floor-to-ceiling stock, prices would be significantly lower across the board. Not so. Priceline Pharmacy competes well and their stores are well-appointed, most unlike the claustrophobic CW. On my last visit to this particular outlet, the staff at the checkouts were friendly and efficient. Thankfully the person who takes care of scheduling was kind enough to make sure there were plenty of staff members available to work the checkouts, which doesn't always happen. Unlike the United States, where the customer service focus is acute, Australia does not place nearly the same level of emphasis on the customer experience and Chemist Warehouse is about as perfect as an example in illustrating that mindset.

When someone use the phone on the cashier, they just want to use Apple Pay, not take photos for anybody. So, don't be so rude!!!! Tell your cashier girl, on one want to take photo for her! !

I am a regular customer at this chemist shop for a few years. We buy shampoo, skincare and prescriptions every month. This morning, we returned 2 bottles of shampoo because it was not suitable. We only wanted to exchange for other products, but don't have the receipt. The 2 girls at the front counter said i couldn't return without a receipt, i am very upset. Never coming back to this shop again.
