One star for that.nCustomer service is appalling.  Lost 4 stars.nThere is a sign on the floor at the entrance saying queue here for click and collect. I did exactly that. There was a slim caucasian girl with blacked hair working on the computer so I waited patiently so she can finish what she’s doing and help me out with my order. Waited for a few minutes she didn’t even acknowledge that Im waiting. I politely asked is it still for click and collect for this line here. She looked up and angrily said get in the line. I responded well you should remove the confusing sign telling people to wait here for click an collect, and again another “get in the line” came back from her.nYears in healthcare and customer service, I can pinpoint that:n1. She is totally uninterested in what she is doing.n2. She has poor customer service and poor communication skills.n3. She failed to provide an explanation to customer why she didn't follow store sign or the sign is no longer applied.nnYou could never score a second good impression once you failed it the first time.

I have found that Chemist Warehouse's pricing can be significantly higher than other retailers, such as Woolworths, for certain items—examples include paying $32.99 for Magnesium Turmeric compared to Woolworths' price of $16.00. Despite attempting to request a price match shortly after purchase, my request was declined as the store policy does not accommodate price adjustments after payment. This experience has led me to question the transparency and competitiveness of Chemist Warehouse's pricing policy. I recommend customers verify prices elsewhere before purchasing to ensure they are getting the best deal, as the store's advertised savings may not always be accurate.nThe receipt indicates a savings of $11.00; however, in reality, I overpaid by an additional $17.00. I recommend customers exercise caution and verify prices carefully to avoid potential disappointment.

MEDICAL CANNABIS USERS DO NOT GO HERE!!!!n-Staff judge you if you are getting medical cannabis products, can hear them judging you, one person who did not have the best attire on, the pharmacist asked if they were there for medical but they simply needed an inhaler. Actually borderline profiling.nn-Staff seem busy re stocking but never helping customers. Expect 20-45 minutes for basic medication and Lord help you if you need something not usually prescribed. Hope you have an hour to kill.nn- Pharmacist are rude, speak down to you. Very in your face and use medical jargon that should not concern you.nn-yelling out customers full names and addresses. Literally what the hell?nn- Only dirty chemist warehouse I've seen. Does anyone clean?nn- will make you jump through hoops for your products. You're better off driving or transport somewhere else.nn- The staff that do the stocking probably don't have safety training, as tape, boxes, ladders etc are strewn throughout the floor. Id avoid if old/disabled/walker.nn-Customers are always arguing with the staff and pharmacist, but somehow it is usually actually the chemist in the wrong.nn-Three seats for 12+ people waiting 45 minutes... Horrible waiting area. Again avoid if old and or disabled.nnThe staff act like they used to work at Karen's Diner. Customer service has 0 meaning here.

This place is always slow, parking is awful no matter when you go and overall, service is terrible. You have to wait 30+ minutes for a script every time you come here. They don’t seem to care how frustrated all the customers are. If I can avoid going here, I will. Sometimes it’s unfortunately the only option based on where I am working for the day.

The owner only cares about $$nWait times a long because he couldn't give a crap about his customers, it's all about the money..nMore staff would mean lighter pockets.nLost script,always the controlled ones and hold you to ransom buy not giving you your child's script.. It was sent to them buy a hospital,just bloody print it out...nnDo a lot better!!!!
