Go to Moggill - they're genuinely helpful, truthful and don't make you feel like your being interrogated. I Spent years sucking up to these miserable people just so they'd treat me like a customer. I can't even remove old, positive ratings. Thank gosh the monopoly is over!! Go to MOGGILL PHARMACY IT IS THE BEST!!

Amazing venue with great entertainment, very professional and friendly staff. It's probably one of the most instagramable spots with plenty of interesting and unique backgrounds.
Disgraceful chemist, I should have read the reviews before I went there. They are rude and patronizing. I handed in my script and told the clerk 'no generics please'. She comes out with the script 10 mins later and they have given me generic. I've used the medicine for 20 years, I know what it looks like - but hey what do I know, right? When I called her out on it, first she denied it and tried to claim they weren't generics who the hell did she think she was talking to?, then reluctantly goes back to 'double check'. A few minutes later the pharmacist comes down with the generic once again to have another go at pushing it on to me, despite the fact that I had told her three times 'no'. She trotted out the usual rhetoric about being the same as the original, their trying to save me money, they don't make the original anymore and you won't get it anywhere else blah blah blah. I hate repeating myself, and I don't appreciate being patronized and having my intelligence insulted - they don't push generics for my sake or to save me money, they do it because they make a greater profit from generics than they do from originals. Went to a chemist about 30 mins away, and sure enough they had it. Many of the chemists in the outer west are just as bad as this lot for some reason. You need to go to at least Indooroopilly before you can find a decent chemist.
Geoff and his team go above and beyond to service our family. He has a dry sense of humour but always enjoys a banter when we come in. Would recommend to family and friends.
After living in Bellbowrie for the last 13 years, I can easily say, the staff and service at the Bellbowrie Terrywhite Chemmart are A++. Unfortunately, I had acquired COVID and had to isolate for 7 days. Twice in the last three days, Geoff the boss has hand-delivered my medication. The lovely staff quipped about how Geoff enjoyed taking short breaks and walks. I found this quite amusing. He delivered the goods quickly after ordering, which was certainly more than anyone could ask for. I would highly recommend Bellbowrie Terrywhite Chemmart to anyone that lives locally. My encounters with Geoff have been refreshing, and I appreciate his frank and dry humour.
Have lived in the area my entire life, and find the staff members including Geoff Prior to be super friendly, compassionate and helpful. Lucy believe she is one of the pharmacists always takes the time to explain to both me and my husband things involving medication, dosages and timings. Phan and Vicky are also very friendly and always enjoy a laugh and conversation if there isn't anyone waiting. It's weird, in checking both Pullenvale Terry White and Bellbowrie, have not noticed any price difference between the two, so I find the conversation here that the prices are significantly higher to have a discrepancy. I have a number of chronic illnesses and either me or my husband are in the pharmacy on at least a weekly basis, but usually more, so we have had a lot of experience with every staff member there. They are often busy, but never rude. If you are looking for a pharmacy to help manage your chronic diseases in a compassionate, caring and friendly way, I highly recommend this pharmacy.
Never been belittled in a chemist before until today. It felt like I was on trial to get medication and made to feel guilty about it. Always happy to take advice from a professional but the delivery was down right rude. If you want to serve the public you should really work on your people skills.
Called the pharmacist no name given just the pharmacist enquiring about getting a third vaccine explained I was immune suppressed and earlier in the week the vaccine was made available he rambled on about atagi I let him know I had received Astra and would like a Moderna booster he informed me I couldn't have received Astra when I asked him whether he was inferring I was telling untruths he said I was abusing him. I have never struck such rudeness ,if he couldn't have helped me he could have just said so .I live across the road and will never return
Terrible customer service and attitude. Waited 10 minutes to be served. Plenty of staff looking busy behind screens, but no one paying any attention to a queue of people waiting. When it was my turn, I was quite rudely informed that the wait for a script to be filled was an hour because "you know, we are also doing the vaccinations". So I took my script, drove to another busy chemist a couple of suburbs away, waited for less than 10 minutes, and was home in way less than an hour. Oh, and the chemist I went to manages to do vaccinations, too.
