I’m a regular at this pharmacy. I always get my scripts here and anything else I need in between. The staff have always been super friendly, I’ve never felt a warmer welcome in a store and that’s not something I would’ve expected at a pharmacy. They have always explained to us the dangers of any medicine, everything we need to look out for and detailed how to use any product the right way without ever sounding condescending. Awesome pharmacy, happy to live so close by.

This is a great pharmacy they have my scripts on file, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The nice young lady at the front with the curly hair is nice. The pharmacist are always willing to help.

They Are So Nice Here. At Least The Staff From Today Were. The Girls Were Lovely Especially The Girl With The Fuzzy Hair. I Did Not Get Her Name And Her Dear Friend Heather. Both Helped Me Out With Buying Products...The Two Pretty Ladies At The Back, WinniFred And Yann Were Nice As Well. Thank You.

TOO Many times this SO CALLED pharmacy has lost scripts, denied me scripts 2 days b4 running out of medication AND told me bluntly a product I wanted was not in Stock when it was clearly on the end display of an aisle!!! THEN OVERCHARGED ME!!!  COMPLETELY USELESS AND FURTHER still they don't know ""Regular"" customers from strangers/out-of-towners  and don't care either!!!!  DISGUSTED SHOPPER AND EX SISTERCLUB MEMBER

Great service.  Got my flu shot and some supplies.

Julz is not only kind and helpful but experienced with skincare. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her my dry skin problem. She went out of her way to recommend me some good French brands to try. She also provided me with testers to try at home before making a purchase. She made me feel lovely and confident

I went to retrieve my meds when I was told one I couldn't get until the following Wednesday. She went on to explain it was against the law. I asked for the rest of my meds. She just continued talking about the med I couldn't get.. I asked for my meds ad I wanted to leave. I asked for my scripts knowing I had repeats she refused to give any scripts. I left with two meds out of four . Got home she gave the wrong meds she stuffed it up. 30mg is not 50mg and she didn't give my repeat scripts after telling me she doesn't hold my repeats. One stage she wrote on the box 1repeat as she refused to give any scripts. So she is a liar ad well a lousy chemist. I will take my business elsewhere. This is how you treat a Cancer patient your disgusting

Dropped my script in was told to return 15 minutes.  Did some shopping came back.  Stood waiting for someone to even acknowledge me.. then told me would be 2 more minutes.  Another 10 minutes later asked me again script I was waiting on.. only to be told that they were doing it now ?? This is terrible customer service.

Thanks to the lovely pharmacist Diedre who helped me. After a bad experience at another chemist that I refused to go back to, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and quickly she helped me with the same enquiry the other chemist could not.

The pharmacy in Redbank are great I got my vaccination shots there they are really friendly staff and great to talk to when you need help or just anything in general great staff
