First prescription some time ago, I was charged approximately $37.00. I thought that was very expensive and checked the price with the local Chemist Warehouse. For exactly the same product Chemist Warehouse charged $17.99 ! Just had a different prescription filled here in Kenmore and this one came in at $17.99. For what it was, I thought they were overcharging again, so checked with Chemist Warehouse. Their price this time for exactly the same product was 5.30 ! A phone call to the local kenmore chemist in an attempt to resolve the matter resulted in nothing. Seems like the 'Kenmore Tax' is alive and well. They certainly won't see me again.
