I went there just 5 minutes before closing, but the chemist and the other staff members helped me to refill my prescriptions happily and they did it very quickly as well. Thanks and appreciate the positive attitude of  the staff.

Friendly staff, lots of stock.nI had a good experience yesterday. Cheryl at the back counter helped me collect a list of medications. She was patient and friendly. The wait time was short which was a bonus.nThank you Cheryl.

To Doctor Keith, you seem like having a bad day. Thanks for the vaccine, but you weren’t gonna tell off your customer.nnYeah, that vaccination was incredibly painful. The doctor mentioned I was tensing my arm, but I didn’t feel like I was. Sure, I’ve been under work stress lately, but that’s not something I can control. Why would the doctor blame me for tensing my arm because of stress? Throughout the whole ordeal, he had a stern expression, and honestly, I’m upset about it. Afterward, he abruptly instructed me to wait for 15 minutes. “OUTSIDE, NOT HERE!” Should I even thank him for that? What the heck?

Special thanks to Nima who served us today and went above and beyond to find the right fragrance for my son's birthday gift. He gave great advice, we sprayed so many different fragrances and narrowed down to the perfect one. Such fabulous customer service. Hopefully he gets recognition for the brilliant rapport he has with customers. Thanks Nima!

I called tonight 17th Juneand spoke to the pharmacist Anita. I  can honestly say I have never had the service Anita offered me tonight on the phone ever!. I realise pharmacists are busy during the day and often dont have the time to be as thorough as Anita but I was lucky enough to call at 8 30pm, in terrible pain with a tooth issue, and Anita had the time to speak to me, provide amazing advice, extremly knowledgable and recommend what I could do to alleviate the pain. Thanks Anita, you are amazing and I can't thank you enough for the time you gave me tonight. You really are the cream of the crop:
