I had a disappointing experience at the pharmacy. I waited almost 35 minutes just to receive two small packs of medicine that simply needed to be picked up and handed over. During this time, I observed around six staff members behind the main medicine counter engaged in a long, lighthearted conversation, seemingly forgetting that customers were waiting in line for assistance.nnTo make matters worse, my phone ran out of battery while I was waiting, which locked me out of my payment method I didn’t have access to my bank card. This also meant I couldn’t drive my electric car afterwards, since it relies on my phone connection. The delay not only wasted time but created unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Rude and unhelpful staff at the cashier, the click and collect service there was a trouble but not convenience, they asked id with no respect even you got email/phone message and everything in the phone. At least from service point you could’ve handled it more politely

Really helpful pharmacists. Very rarely have they not had a medicine in stock. Gets busy but there are multiple pharmacists so wait times are always reasonable.nLarge format store with dense packing, so you are going to find what you need.nI find it is quite noisy in store, not sure if it is the aircon or the hard floors, but that is my inly gripe.

Dispensed a medication that required immediate refrigeration without any information.nOnly discovered the fact a week later when I pulled it out of the bottom of the bag they put it in.nWhen I rang to discuss it they told me it “wasn’t really their fault” - I’d argue that’s within the role of a pharmacist to counsel on proper use and storage.

Called up to ask about vaccinations. They recommended I walk in, book and have them done that day. They do not do walk-in vaccinations. I was mislead…
