The staff scanned the wrong price at checkout. When I returned to have it corrected, the young white female staff member with wavy hair was completely expressionless and showed zero apology or accountability.nShe just called another staff member to deal with it.nnThis kind of service is unacceptable.nnIt’s not just about fixing a mistake - it’s about how you respect customers.nManagement seriously needs to train staff on basic professionalism and respect. Customers shouldn’t have to waste their time because of an employee’s carelessness and indifference.

I went to pick up a newly prescribed medication that I was going to be taking for the first time. However, the Asian male pharmacist just handed me the medicine and said, “Here’s your medication, take it to the counter ” without offering any explanation. I was quite taken aback. Normally, when receiving a new prescription for the first time, pharmacists provide at least a basic explanation of how to take it. I couldn’t help but wonder—what kind of professional attitude is that?

I am disappointed by the rude and unhelpful staff at this location. My experience has been frustrating, particularly with repeated overcharging at the till. Most recently, my wife was denied the ability to pick up my click-and-collect order despite having the correct barcode. This was due to a nominee checkbox that was not highlighted clearly during the ordering process. This oversight has caused significant inconvenience, as I now have to rearrange my schedule to collect essential items. I urge the management to improve both staff training and the clarity of the ordering process.
