Loved the hotel—amazing location, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and excellent service. Easily 5 stars for the accommodation!nnUnfortunately, the food was a big letdown. I ordered the $80 seafood platter, which was missing the octopus and lacked quality.nMy friend’s scotch was dry, and her prawns were chewy with a clearly microwaved seafood sauce. Disappointing dining experience in an otherwise fantastic hotel.
Dropped in to see the Port Lincoln Hotel. We were greeted with friendly staff. Staff gladly recommended the choice of meals for dinner. Tuna was delicious in an Asian infused dressing. And the chorizo plate was delicious .nWe enjoyed outdoor dining with a great atmosphere listening to a live band.nWould highly recommend a visit.
The view across the bay was lovely, however, noisy, traffic.nTo top it off, management did not alert guests, that on Friday evening's there is a band with, loud drunk patrons. This all outside my bedroom window. I traveled days to stay at a hotel, that did not value their guests. Also, Cleanliness, needs to be addressed in apartments. Never going back.
We dined in the restaurant Sarina for lunch today 26th April the service was excellent staff so friendly and helpful our food was absolutely delicious shared the prawn entree and then had a tuna cured main also the King fish the vegetables and salad were extremely tasty and kipfler potatoes to die for absolute compliment to the chef and staff in the kitchen. Thank you very much we really enjoyed our dining experience.
Qantas recently cancelled my flights home so I had an unplanned one night stay at Port Lincoln Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful liaising with Qantas on my behalf and the service was fantastic in all areas, from reception to the bar and restaurant staff. A big shout out to manager Katherine and reception staff Tara and Aimee for their warmth and support. My ocean view room with balcony was clean, spacious with comfy bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay in future.
