I had a wonderful stay at BreakFree Wirrina Cove Hotel and Resort! The place is simply lovely, nestled amidst picturesque valleys with kangaroos hopping around.nnThe staff were friendly, my room was spotless and offered a breathtaking view of the surroundings.nWhat I loved most was the tranquility – it's so peaceful here! The room was quiet and ensured a restful night's sleep.nPlus, the hotel has everything you could ask for – swimming pool, gym, golf course, mini-golf, gaming room, and fantastic dining options at the restaurant, cafe, and bar.nHighly recommended for anyone looking for a scenic retreat with top-notch amenities.
Played gold at Wirrina Cove Golf course. Fantastic course and great views of the gulf from the back nine. Very challenging especially in today's wind but very enjoyable. Highly recommended if you want a game down south. Friendly staff and great location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the Resort! Mark was exceptionally helpful when we phoned to make the booking, he assisted us with any enquiries and then made sure we were enjoying ourselves throughout the weekend, thanks so much Mark!nWe booked two rooms and upgraded to the recently renovated Golf view room and also the Fleurieu Suite. Both options have stunning views of the Golf course and surrounding countryside.nThe Golf view room is spacious, clean and comfortable. If you want a home-away-from-home experience, the Fleurieu Suite has a kitchenette, large dining and lounge area plus a spa bath to relax and unwind.nOne of the highlights of our stay was the Kangaroos and their Joeys who would visit each morning and evening. It was so lovely to enjoy the wildlife up close and appreciate the beautiful landscape from our rooms.nDinner at the Resort Restaurant was good, each one of our meals was delicious. Charlie was so kind and polite, his customer service was excellent, it made breakfast a pleasant experience and opting for a decent coffee and meals in the restaurant was a nice way to start the day. Thank you to Billy and Julie for your kind welcome and service too.nA big thank you to Justine who ensured our rooms were clean and tidy. We really appreciated arriving back to spotlessly clean rooms after a day out, many thanks Justine.nWe would highly recommend staying at the Wirrina Cove Resort over the winter months too, but we plan to go back for the Pool and Jacuzzi in Summer! There’s so much to see and do around the Fleurieu Peninsula. Great country towns like Yankalilla, Normanville, Rapid Bay or Second Valley Beaches are all less than 15 mins drive away.nnThanks again to all the staff at Wirrina Cove resort, we had a wonderful time and really appreciated your hospitality
An unexpected treat. Our long weekend spent here has been excellent, a retreat away from the city. The reception has been so warm, and made everything so available to us.; the friendly staff, pool tables to saunas and spas. The kitchen served the glorious food and the staff is beyond attentive. Highly recommend. This place is a haven. Nature at reach, a real home away from home. Will be back again. Thank you Wirrina team x
Amazing find online… very down to earth and great value… they have an oil, gym, sauna, and the drive was with animals to explore on the way. The views were fabulous from every direction and it was a really romantic place because of how accomodating it was for us!
