It’s taken me a long time to get going finally. The Hazelbrook Plus Fitness team were great. The gym equipment is modern, they helped me with personalised program and the atmosphere is focussed yet relaxed. I’ll be there again this arvo. Can’t wait.
I recently moved to Hazelbrook about 6 weeks ago. I share my time 7 days a week between another gym down in Penrith, HIIT resistance band workouts at home, and then Plus Fitness.nnWhat I enjoy for me is that it seems to be very well behaved. I usually go later in the evenings. The environment allows me to remain focused. The temperature is always perfect too - this is something I've struggled with in other gyms who often turn the temperature up in the evenings or even turn the aircon off.. Where as Plus Fitness Hazelbrook has great temperature, often about 20 degrees.
Hazelbrook plus fitness is the best gym in the mountains it’s equipment is great it’s always clean and the people and community is so supportive and kind. I recommend this gym for everyone best gym in the mountains.
Great place to work out plus staff & personal trainers are excellent, overall a friendly welcoming gym.
Plus Fitness hazelbrook is a great environment to start up your gym journey. I started there in September 2024 and I’m still there now progressing and getting better surrounded by a great community.
