Have been going for physiotherapy for a few weeks and have recovered really well. Previously have been to physio's where they have not done much hands on work, but Adam did a lot of massage and joint movements, which I really liked and helped a lot.

Recommended by a work colleague who had a similar back pain. I had been experiencing pain for years so I thought I would try physiotherapy. Very pleased with the treatment and advice given and after 3-4 weeks my pain had settled significantly.

Was also shown how to do my gym exercises better which I didn't realise were potentially doing me harm along with a lot of my work place activities such as lifting and sitting etc...

Excellent service, reasonably easy to get an appointment (except in the evening and early morning when they are very busy) and the physio is great. The location is handy and I have, and will, continue to go back there.
