Had noticed that some of the recent reviews had been negative so was hesitant to go, however it was a hot day and I thought why not?!nI’m very glad I went, no issues at all. Very friendly front desk staff, affordable entry price for a guest visit & the outdoor pool the only one we used was clean! A bonus of poolside chairs and grassy areas to chill/tan.nA separate baby/children’s pool meant that the large lap pool was quite empty.
There's always colder or cold water in kids water spa even in chilly freezing cold winter, water is not warm enough which I observed many parents are complaining each other while we are in pool. Plz maintain warm tepmt for kids, they are human who have feeling of cold if put in cold water long time
Have to make a complaint about the poorly trained staff! We cancelled three swimming classes by phone and were told by a male staff member that I would have $60 credit to use next term. When the next term came, and I tried to use the credit, I was told I only had $20. Then one staff member told me that we could only do two make-up classes within the same term, but since the last term was already finished, there was nothing I could do. The staff also told me that I can't prove the conversation I had with their staff because I didn’t record the phone call. They also can’t find out which staff member gave me $20 credit instead of $60. Really bad experience.
Great helpful staff..only been once and everything was great.. lost my ear prices in the pool lifesaver stopped and help me find them they'd gone right to the bottom of pool and they were clear in colour so another women doing laps stops and dives for them...visitors and staff alike a great bunch of people..then to finish it off a great couple women gave me a lift back even though they didn't need too...it's all about the little things and this place has it all and I can't wait to visit again... Oh I would have given 5 stars but my 1st time..bet I give 5 next time I go...
This is an unexpectedly nice fitness center. I've lived in the Blue Mountains for over 10 years and finally had the pleasure of attending a swimming carnival for my suns primary school here. If I knew it was so good and the staff supper friendly. I would have had the swimming lessons here for the little ones.
