Great outdoor pool, only wished it was open longer in the year. Friendly staff. A delight to go to for my laps. Best to one one in a lane as lanes a bit narrow.

Very disappointed today, went for a swim as it was quite cold outside so we wanted to enjoy indoor pool and we paid went in, nobody told us anything but the moment we started swimming the staff told us they are closing all indoor pools (even though officially they were supposed to be opened till 8pm they closed them around 5pm without any warning) and send us out or told us to go ask for refund. Totally rude like they did not care. For an area with so many tourists especially now during school holidays I would expect much better service and it wasn't that clean at all. Not to mention outside there was some swimming club so it was so packed we could not even swim properly.

Went there yesterday Friday with grandchild for kids kingdom, the young lady very helpful when I enquired about classes..... 1 hour later a newer "older woman" attending the desk was not so nice, very unhelpful, would not turn the computor on for me to gain the pre questionaire form to fill in........" Im not going to turn the computor on and we havnt got any in the box".... you may well have lost a perspective member of your facility...pretty poor customer service.

The aquatic centre made for a great post hike treat. Great showers and indoor and outdoor pools to cool down in after a tough day outdoors. Pay extra for access to the spa and sauna.

Don't even bother updating their website. Turn up for a class only to be told by the taciturn employee that the class wasn't on. Not the least bit apologetic. I'd give them no stars if I could!
