"Gym facilities are open 24/7 to members and casual visits available in staffed hours!Reception/Staffed Office Hours:Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PMMonday to Thursday 3:30 PM - 7:30 PMWhilst training in our gym, we ask that our members and guests please:- Use hand sanitiser or wash your hands prior to commencing your training session- Carry and use your personal towel on all equipment- Wipe down all equipment after use with the anti-bacterial wipes provided- Stay hydrated and enjoy your training within our recently renovated club!!We also accept Fitness Passport, which requires a sign up within club to access outside of staffed hours.Please contact our team today to get you started in our gym."
