Located in the heart of the Blue Mountains, Mid Mountains CrossFit is a community of people who are dedicated to health and fitness. We are committed to changing people's lives, to make them fitter, stronger and healthier than they've ever been before!
CrossFit is a strength & conditioning program, designed for universal scalability which means that anyone can do it, people of all ages and fitness levels. The prescription is simple... constantly varied, functional movement, at high intensity - we do different workouts every day combining olympic lifting, gymnastics and cardio.
CrossFit is a sport, the sport of fitness, and the CrossFit Games which title the Fittest Man and Woman on Earth, have become one of the fastest growing sports in the world!
Class Schedule for our WOD (Workout of the Day):
Monday - 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday - 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday - 6am, 9:30am, 5pm Conditioning, 5:30pm, 6:30pm Olympic Lifting
Thursday - 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday - 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm Conditioning
Saturday - 7:30am, 8:30am Olympic Lifting, 9:30am Conditioning
Sunday 9 - 11am or 5 - 7pm OPEN GYM (not every Sunday so please check booking system)
CrossFit KIDS (5-11 yrs) Thursdays at 4:30pm during school term.
CrossFit TEENS (12-17 yrs) Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays at 4:30pm during school term.
We also offer Exercise Physiology with our Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Kathy Balson.

At Mid Mountains CrossFit we provide HICAPS for on-the-spot private health fund rebates. We also treat WorkCover patients, NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants, DVA health card holders as well as patients under the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Scheme.
