I don't often write reviews but I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff of the Blue Mountains Personal Training Studios. I've found that Adam Grono and his team are exceptional trainers and really listen to the needs of their clients. I'm one of the foundation members and have been going for over a 18 months. I speak from experience when i say that they tailor programs specifically for you and the level you're at and set goals for you to achieve over time. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for small group personal training in the mountains!

I have been training in large gyms both with and without trainers for many years and more recently a couple of crossfit gyms, this is the first small group & PT gym I have been a member of. I initially joined this gym as it was conveniently local and i've been working through a back injury which can quickly flare up if i'm not careful, so the option of training in a more intimate environment was appealing. I'll say first that the experience is very different to a large public type gym though certainly in a positive way, at least for someone who usually trains alone. Adam and the team are extremely friendly, supportive and will always take the time to have a chat, whether it be regarding training of anything else going on at the time. I've found the trainers to be very knowledgeable and patient. The trainers have been accommodating with changes in my training priorities and they regularly revise my training programme to keep it interesting and challenging. They've also been very flexible and make an effort to find me another time slot on the (far too regular) occasions where I am unable to make my scheduled session for some reason. I'd certainly recommend BMPTS for anyone who is new to training, wants a change of pace from large public gyms, is working through an injury or isn't comfortable training in a public environment. Certainly worth the five stars.
