Very shocked and disappointed tonight with the customer service. Went in to order and pay for a pizza, dealing with an older gentleman who was nice enough, but when I returned 10 minutes later a woman behind the counter verbally abused me upon asking for my pizza that was on top of the oven, saying that I should get "my f&#%ing boyfriend to get it for me" and then proceeded to yell to the poor older guy in the back who came out and gave it to me, and was in the process verbally abused by the woman as well. And all with another male customer waiting for his pizza too...hope he doesn't go back either! The pizza itself was lovely, which is such a shame, as I will never support them again and will be telling as many people as possible of the rude woman working there who thinks her business is doing so great she can verbally abuse her customers!
