Friendly stuff , food is always fresh and really look after your customers. I arrived late to pick up my order by 30 minutes and when I arrived they made me a fresh one as the ones I ordered would have been all soggy. I really appreciate you guys Doing that for me. You did It out of kindness even tho food was wasted! Use are doing a wonderful job and I’ll be back soon and on time
After reading all these recent reviews and having tried every other kebab joint in the area, had to give these guys a go and it was good stop off on the way home if kinda hard to locate parking first time. I had a HSP and it was good, took ten minutes as they said and although not super talkative they were polite and helpful enough. Place was very busy so a lot of people go there, my only issue was the price, which is $2-3 more than other kebab joints in the area
As a self proclaimed HSP enthusiast, I would rate it a 7/10 on the scale. Good sauce distribution,though lacking in the cheese department, but most importantly chips that stay crispy! and good customer service. Cheers for the dinner!
One of worst customer service, Asked for two large container to person looks like owner, instead of saying sorry, we don't have left enough that he has too many order, he went, " you cannot get it tonight, it's an hour wait, he also told me you should have ordered an hour earlier". No sorry no politeness. Now is walking-in is an offence to this shop? To me, regardless how much he's earning, how much yummy food he's selling, if doest have sense to talk to your customer, everything look tasteless. #boycottkebabloverscranbourne
I ordered kids meal chicken nuggets and chips and medium size chips, they were so soggy and some of it were bad. Very disappointing. Their chips are more expensive but very poor quality. My kids were hungry and were impatient, otherwise I would have returned it . Kid-friendliness: The manager or owner man, not friendly with kids at all. He showed angry face because one of my little kids touched the bell.
About time I added my review. We have ordered from this place for the last 3 years. Kebabs, HSPs, chips etc. Never any issues, great service, fresh lamb and great flavours. The bloke behind the counter is courteous and the women are very polite. Will always return to this place every time. Keep it up mate
Ordered 2 kebabs. 1 was drenched in oil and grease. The other had barely any sauce and flavour. Pretty let down as their HSPs are usually nice
Added a note to my Uber eats order that my fiance requested extra crispy chips, which bugs me to have to hassle people about, but they were cool with it and even left us a little smiley face on our order.
Although the menu is extensive, trouble arises when one asks them what all is available at the moment, then the list shortens to the extent of just kebabs and chips.
Avoid this place staf is so rude nd food isn’t good enough I order large HSP quantity and quality both were poor not recommended place will never come again
