After waiting over 25 minutes in the drive thru, I received these 4 Mc Flurry’s. Really unimpressed with only receiving 4 half serve McFlurry’s. Not sure if it is a Cranbourne issue or a McDonalds issue. Either way, not impressed.
I prefer to order with a staff member. I don't like using or trust the electronic system. It is not intuitive for me. This is a good Mecca's, the chips etc are always hot and edible. The service is quick.Food: 4/5
Very unprofessional staff. The majority of them visually look like they are dying inside, and cannot be bothered carrying out any work at all, as they drag their feet across the uncleaned floors. This kind of service can almost be expected in this generation zoomers, but this place was exceptionally awful. The owner of this place needs to pull their team together and have a serious meeting about customer care.
Went through the drive through. Staff are lovely. They are really advertising new flavours of slushy/frozen drinks, but none of them available! Only frozen coke. That's fine, but remove them from the flashing ads on the video boards as you drive in.Food: 4/5
Nothing against the team because they were working hard and obviously busy, but my "salad" was $11 and I received soft, old tomatoes on repurposed burger lettuce wilted and mushy, dry grilled chicken and no dressing. The salad had 1 single piece of red onion and the cucumber was dry/soft from refrigeration, it looked broken into pieces by hand. I was given it take-away without utensils. My friend ordered hot food which was very good by comparison to the fresh food, but her experience was ruined by the fact that she was not given a receipt when she ordered by machine, thus the order was never called out. We waited for over 15mins until asking a member of staff who handed the order over with no apology for the fact that it had gone cold.
Honestly deserves no stars. This McDonalds is appalling and is not worth going to at all. We came through their drive thru at 12:20am and they took our order at the speakers. We waited for 70 minutes stuck in between cars in that drive thru, and never got served at the window. 70 minutes of our time absolutely wasted. They didn’t even tell us that they weren’t taking orders at the speaker, we still ordered, we just never got spoken to again. There were 3 workers on and not one bothered to tell us they they were too busy to make the food. Next time just shut the drive thru instead of taking their order and making them wait 70 minutes. Absolutely appalling.
The worst food from a McDonald's franchise consistently. They should close this store down and turn it into anything else. Do yourself a favour and go up the road to the next one. You'll thank me for it.
Terrible service, the lobby had rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing. The cafe was disgraceful there was empty milk bottles everywhere and powders all over the counter. Would not recommend visiting this store.
Very helpful and freindly staff paid through the app and had no idea what I was doing but one of the staff members helped me out when I came to pick it up.Food: 5/5
I visited Cranbourne McDonalds yesterday 31/10. I ordered a chicken burger. I opened the lid and this is what I saw. It was not a chicken burger and it also had the biggest bite taken out of it. The manager assumed it was my bite and just wanted to replace the burger. This is what it looked like when I opened the lid. I wanted an explanation not a replacement. I certainly didn't feel like eating after this. I took no refund or replacement. I was outside with my family for at least next 30 min. The manager did not bother to offer me any explanation and I never saw him after this. A very disappointing experience and poor management. A reminder that I will never go back to McDonalds again.
