I have found waits in drive-thru to be very long here... but just recently i waited half an hour! Each time i notice staff not sending vehicles to the waiting bay and letting them sit at the window for many minutes.

Great-tasting food for good value ~$10 per meal! However, the wait is rather long at times even though they hire a lot of staff during peak dinner hour. Overall, their burrito bowls are a favourite and whenever we’re craving for Mexican food, Guzman y Gomez is our first choice.

I don't like Mexican food often but this establishment is great, the staff are friendly and provide a good service. I would credit it to the management as it's obvious they love their business and provide that quality service and food, always happy to come here.

Placed my order on line and picked up within 7 minutes. My pulled pork enchilada was stone cold, no cheese and barely any pulled pork, just filled with tasteless beans and rise. Absolutely no flavour, might as well be eating cardboard. Will never be ordering again. Waist of time and money

Food was great. There were 4 cars ahead of me. All up. 30 minutes wait time after I placed my order

Great service and amazing food. Ordered 5 items in store and got them within 15 minutes, even when it was pretty busy. Definitely recommend

Tried the spicy chicken salad.. did not disappoint!! Lots of chicken, salad and salsas.. if you order through their website instead of food deliver apps there’s the option of more toppings and some are free!! The wait time’s were too bad. Wish there was an option to add other proteins like beef and pork to the salads.
