I have been using Pia Lane for over 12 years. Absolutely love the way she does my colour every single time. I also regularly pop in for a blow dry and the team are all fabulous!

This place used to be good. I have been a customer for several years now. I had an appt last week, my usual hairdresser had left so I had someone new doing my hair. Someone I haven’t met before. She didn’t even look on my client’s card for the colours that were used on me before. The result was that I ended up having a big burn on my forehead, that not even make up can cover. I told that chick from the start that my head was burning and even as I was leaving I pointed out the burn on my forehead to which she said it was just a dye. There was zero apologies, she wasn’t at all empathetic or willing to make the situation any better... The burn is half a problem - half of my hair went with it too. I was told by someone else that burns like that only happen if poor cheap quality products are used. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If I could I would have posted a pic of my burn here too. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Ali did a great job cutting and colouring my hair! My fourth visit and always a delight getting my hair done at Pia Lane xo

Never had a better cut or colour!!! I've cried many tears at different hair salons but never tears of joy...until I came here ❤️
