Terrible, terrible, terrible and this goes all the way to the top. This business cannot source decent pharmacists so they use locum pharmacists, not a single one I have dealt with is any good at their job. They recently had a still unresolved issue where people paying in advance for their scripts were told they owe money, and from the Head Office in Sydney down no-one could correct it. There are many excellent pharmacy's in the area, I strongly advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.
Arrogant staff led by an arrogant manager. Inquired about certain products and got laughed out the door. Happy to remove the 1 star rating if replied to, but the fish head rots at the top.
Just been there and did experience exceptional customer service. All the staff was friendly, helpful and went the full distance to make sure that I did leave with the very best deal. Puzzled of the recent 1star reviews.
I have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff are more than happy to price match and beat prices compared with Chemist Warehouse.
Very helpful staff and products on offer. I was looking for a parricular product and was provided information on a cheaper alternative that did the exact same thing. Thanks for the information and savings !!
No Star would be preferable. Very dodgy operations and unhelpful staff. It's no wonder its always empty in there!
