I love the Pharmacists here. They are super informative and lovely. I have never had good experiences with the staff in the aisles and at checkout in blue polos. They snatch out your hand, are ill-mannered, dismissive and nearly always down-right rude and even aggressive. The checkout staff really let this business down. Shame.
Worst Pharmacy staff among all chemist Outlet branch. Pharmacist were so rude and had bad behaviour. I went with my prescription to purchase medicine but had a bad experience of communication with them. Egoistic PharmacistnnWant to request management to maintain healthy environment for a customer. As we are paying you expecting soft and kind communication from the centre outlet.
Went to this location this morning to return an item which was purchased 2 days ago, in original packaging, still sealed and sellable but they refused to issue refund or credit note due to some stupid made up policy. Very rude service by staff member Tania who was just absolutely disgusting to deal with, not friendly at all. I would like to make a formal complaint!!!
