I have frequented this chemist due to its location. I will now not return - rude and poor customer service skills in my opinion several other reviews saying similar things…..nnI was very disappointed with the service from Both a team member, who was potentially security and a man who was claiming to be the floor supervisor - very problematic leadership shown in this instance I feel.nnI was seemingly berated in front of other customers for something very innocent and when I challenged this I got eye rolling and further rudeness. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was given very little understanding of my perspective and was told this was on me - unacceptable.nnManners don’t cost a thing, I feel, and this is a customer service, and further, an essential community service.nnI will not return to this chemist. Very disappointed and not safe for what I need it for.nnI feel training several of the staff in customer service and conflict resolution is necessary.nnHorrible experience.
I was greeted by security when I walked in, which was nice. Most just stare you down in other places. Offered assistance finding a certain aisle. Multiple staff checked in and asked if i needed help. Ended up being assisted by Leahand was honestly, probably the best retail experience I’ve ever had. Incredibly bubbly,warm, patient and beautiful mannerisms. I left this store so happy and just blown away by the exceptional service. I hope Leah sees this! THANK YOU!!!
I had a really good experience at this pharmacy. Even though one of the workers was very busy when I walked in, she was really kind and patient when I asked if she could show me samples of different colognes. Despite going up to her a few times to ask about this as she went back to her other task while I made a decision, she gave me her full attention and listened to what I wanted and answer my questions. I really appreciated this service, and I will definitely be going back here again.
Pharmacists need re training in how to handle old people, coming from a young person i have often seen them get passive aggressive with the elderly. I go there at least once a week and the security guards are absolute legends, always friendly and give a good sense of help!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Sean the pharmacist 18/12/23. Who was very helpful and went out of his way to help explain the medication and other necessary steps.nVery knowledgeable and experienced staff. I appreciate your help very much.
