The woman owner is incredibly rude. I was told off for not buying a dress I had previously tried on now they "could no longer afford to sell clothing". I came in on a Sunday after that experience 5 minutes before closing and was chucked out at 2 minutes past when I was just about to buy a hat. I then ordered it and came in. I have low vision and showed her the text she sent & was told "I can't read that come over" to the back of the shop. I told her there were too many people and obstacles so she left me on the couch and buggered off. Hostile service experience.

Service by Teag and Leanne was excellent. Great choice of hats. Parking was much better than expected. Prices are good value but you will know that from their website. Well worth a visit.

Love Love Love it here all year round but especially during spring carnival! They always have such beautiful head pieces! They staff are gorgeous always go above and beyond for their customers!

Just love this shop. Lots of cool gear to choice from and the staff are so helpful. Will definitely call in again next time I am in Carlisle Street. Keep up the great work guys 👍🏼✔️

In Melbourne for work recently I was advised by a work colleague to visit Carlisle accessories for the best selection of hats. I was not disappointed, they had the best selection of hats as well as beautiful clothes and accessories. The staff were so helpful, the best customer service, it was a real shopping experience 👍🎩 Will definitely visit again next time when I'm in Melbourne
